Returns & Refunds

Burkman Bros offers a 100% happiness guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of order delivery for a full refund of the purchase price of the product.  Our return policy includes both regular and sale merchandise. 
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. 
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns or exchanges.  
Burkman Bros does not assume responsibility for returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Burkman Bros
All sale items may be returned within 14 days of order.

Delivery & Shipping

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Orders on Burkman Bros bracelets are shipped via USPS.  
Orders on all other merchandise are shipped via UPS.
Orders cannot be delivered to a p.o. box. 
Tracking information is sent once orders are processed and shipped.
Orders received before 2pm will go out the same day.
Orders received on weekends will go out the following Monday
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for domestic ground, depending on your location.
All packages are sent signature required unless otherwise requested.  If signature required is waived, the customer assumes responsibility for any missing or lost packages.
